Northern Manitoba teems with wildlife. I have seen pretty much every species of flora and fauna residing in our region but I’m working on capturing them all in photographic images. Most of the wildlife you see in this gallery was photographed either in my yard or within a few kilometers of where I live. A few were taken a few hours south of us on highway #6 and a few were taken further north. A relative newcomer to the region is the cougar which apparently has followed the migration of our woodland caribou.
